Supplier Quality Assurance Administrator - Atlantis, Cape Town – Market related Salary

We are recruiting a detail-driven Supplier Quality Assurance Administrator to support supplier compliance, food safety, and quality systems within a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.

Key focus areas:

  • Maintain supplier specifications, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Support supplier onboarding, audits, and assessments
  • Liaise with suppliers on quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure systems are accurate, audit-ready, and compliant

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Food Science/Food Technology or similar)
  • 3–5 years experience in FMCG/manufacturing quality or food safety
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
  • Own reliable transport and flexibility with working hours
