Job Description

Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in the nuclear supply chain? We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to ensure our suppliers meet the stringent requirements of CSA N299 and ASME NQA‑1, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable delivery across critical nuclear projects.

This is a key role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to influence supplier capability, strengthen regulatory compliance, and contribute to the long‑term success of our nuclear programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead supplier audits and assessments to CSA N299 / ASME NQA‑1.

  • Ensure suppliers maintain robust, compliant quality systems.

  • Review and approve supplier quality documentation.

  • Drive supplier development and continuous improvement.

  • Support corrective and preventive actions using RCA tools.

  • Validate manufacturing and inspection processes (PPAP, FAI).

  • Maintain audit records, traceability, and documentation integrity.

  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or auditing.

  • Strong understanding of supplier QA processes.

  • Nuclear industry experience (NQA‑1 / CSA N299).

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001.

  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS tools.
