Job Description

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

Purpose of the role

Hasbro’s Global Supply Chain Team manages a broad portfolio of brands, including Action Brands, Games, Play-Doh, Fashion, Preschool and Sports Action. We partner with around 40 finished-goods suppliers and more than 100 material suppliers to deliver Toys & Games to Hasbro quality standards, On Time & In Full and at competitive cost.

As Supplier Performance Manager, you will build a world-class supplier network that is competitive, resilient and innovative. You'll lead commercial negotiations, operational excellence and productivity programmes for your assigned suppliers, and be their key point of contact with Hasbro, making sure they see "one Hasbro face and voice".

Reports to: Global Sourcing Director for the assigned product category

Key responsibilities

  • Global sourcing strategy: Help shape the global Sourcing Strategy and Supplier Network for your category, and lead its implementation in the region.
  • Supplier performance: Own supplier performance end to end, covering quality, On Time & In Full, new launches, capacity, financial health and compliance. Drive improvement through data-driven scorecards and structural corrective actions.
  • Supply network and risk: Scout, assess and onboard new suppliers, manage ethical exits, and make sure contracts and compliance (Ethical Sourcing, Global Security) are in place.
  • Key account management: Lead business reviews, scorecards and Supplier Account Plans for your suppliers, delivering productivity of more than 3% year on year. Act as the escalation point with supplier leadership for Quality, Costing, Security, Legal and Finance.
  • Product development and fulfilment: Lead supplier selection and negotiation for new projects, support Design to Value and Manufacturing Excellence, and manage medium- and long-term capacity with Planning & Logistics.

What you'll bring

  • At least 5 years of procurement or supplier management experience at a multinational company, with international exposure.
  • A Master's degree, ideally in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Management.
  • Strong analytical skills, using advanced analytics to improve sourcing decisions and deliver measurable results. Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, and willingness to travel around 30% of the time.

Who you are

You bring energy and passion, and you do the right thing for Hasbro beyond the limits of your job description. You build strong partnerships across Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, and you influence senior leaders at suppliers, toolmakers and test labs to own their issues. You are a strong negotiator who plays to win and drives clear decisions from every meeting. Above all, you are a hands-on, pragmatic performer who consistently delivers on cost, performance and operational excellence goals.
