The Supplier Performance Manager leads a global team of supplier performance professionals while also directly managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers. The role owns supplier performance standards, key metrics, and escalation management, working cross-functionally to identify risks and drive corrective actions when supplier commitments are not met.
As the senior interface between Markem-Imaje and its suppliers on performance, the Supplier Performance Manager ensures alignment on capacity, lead times, and execution capability. The role manages and develops a structured supplier engagement and disciplined performance management process. This is expected to strengthen supply-chain resilience, improve responsiveness, and positively influence customer service outcomes.
