OPmobility India Technical Centre (ITC) Hinjewadi, Pune

ITC is part of OPmobility Exterior Business group from where we cater engineering and technical services to customers globally. Currently employing 200+ talented professionals, we have strong plans to grow several folds in next years.

1.0 Manage the performance of suppliers in the development phase for global commodities (support to project teams).

• Evaluate supplier performance in development phase
• In case of deviation and in coordination with SDL Commodity, support the project team in NCN opening and management (from opening, 8D management and cost recovery).

2.0 Manage the performance of suppliers in the serial phase (support to the plant)

• In coordination with Country SDL and commodity SDL, support plant SQE in the management of supplier non quality for assigned commodity.
• Make sure that BG Exterior supplier quality processes and standards are followed by PO plants and SILS: NCN management, cost recovery.
• Ensure closing time KPI is reached for all OP Exterior plants in collaboration with SDL team.

3.0 Contribute to the development and improvement of NCN management process, standards and trainings.

• Share knowledge and experience inside BG Exterior and support SDL team.
• Prepare trainings on NCN management and standards, and train BG Exterior relevant teams (other SDL, SQE, SE, buyers …).
• Provide recommendations and improvements related to NCN management, work in collaboration with IT teams to improve the process.

Experience: : 1 to 3 yrs

Key Technical Competency:

Automotive global requirements, PPAP/APQP deliverables and IATF, problem solving skills, fluent English, good knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus

Technical knowledge of assigned commodity (tooling, process means, chemicals, BOM components…)
