Supplier Operations Manager - Field Operations

Job Summary

Optimizes supplier selection based on customer needs, manages Supplier Statements of Work (SOWs), and monitors supply performance through KPIs. Oversee field delivery operations and serve as the main liaison for customers and partners, ensuring smooth service delivery, issue resolution, and support for high-priority accounts with a focus on efficiency, satisfaction, and renewals.

Responsibilities

1. Manage supplier governance, including periodic performance reviews and compliance checks.
2. Ensure operational capacity and engineer capability across state/city/PUDO requirements, including skills readiness and training.
3. Oversee HP branding compliance and conduct audits, ride-along assessments, and market-connect activities.
4. Serve as the key escalation point for customer and GTM/RSM escalations, including non-major account concerns.
5. Drive SLA, cost, and program performance, including BFT-SLA adherence, waste-cost control, and POR/program implementation.

6.First Point of contact for Escalation from Suppliers, Customer, Reseller and GTM (FOS/ISP/ASM/RSM).

7.Responsible for field KPI's Performence and support Field Operation Programs.

8.Particpate & Conduct audit for Engineer branding and visit to PUDO ID for compliance requiremnet.

9.Market visit along with GTM's & other stakeholders on need basis.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
