About the Opportunity

As a Supplier Operations Executive based in Malaysia, you'll be responsible for the daily support of air and land supplier operations, airfares, and ticketing. You'll operate as a subject matter expert on airfares and supplier support services, working closely with Operations, Account Management, Finance, and IT teams to maximise air margin on every booking.

We are looking for a detail-oriented communicator with strong relationship-building skills who is eager to learn and grow in the travel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or those with some travel industry knowledge to build a career with a global company.

What You Will Do

  • Manage airline and hotel supplier relationships in Malaysia
  • Provide daily supplier operations support to FCM Operations, Online Booking Tools (OBT), and external business
  • Deliver expert airfare support including waivers, favours, and option advice to travel consultants
  • Provide efficient, effective, and accurate ticketing solutions to all travel consultants
  • Support Finance with reconciliation and airline communication
  • Attend product updates for air and hotel suppliers in Malaysia
  • Coordinate lunch and learn sessions from airlines and hotels when required
  • Assist front-line sales staff to improve product knowledge, increase TTV, margin, and commission
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Professional communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive with excellent customer service mindset and dedication to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well
  • Eager to engage in constant learning of industry changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of airfare, ticketing, GDS, or travel systems is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Acts with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
