Job Description

Purchasing & Supplier Quality is crucial to our success as a global provider of innovative mobility solutions. As part of the procurement team, you actively help shape the future of mobility. Close collaboration with all business areas ensures the definition and implementation of commodity group strategies, while commercial negotiations have a direct impact on the company's success. Selecting the best and most innovative suppliers guarantees the highest quality standards, as well as sustainable and innovative products. The tasks in procurement are as diverse as they are essential to success.

Responsibilities

  • Support suppliers to be onboarded in ARIBA including certificate questionnaire
  • Internal clarification in case of process deviations (purchasing, legal, etc)
  • Yearly review of certificates based on due dates and support to suppliers if needed
  • Support suppliers with data changes in ARIBA
  • Coordinate exceptions with respective supplier owners

Requirements

  • Language skills: fluent in English
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with SAP ARIBA
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset
  • High level of accountability and accuracy
