Job Description:

Senior Manager, Supplier Management

This role is responsible for leading regional logistics supplier management across 3PL/4PL warehousing providers, transportation suppliers, customs brokers, and cost-efficiency initiatives. The position will drive Supplier Relationship Management, strategic supplier program development, logistics supplier performance improvement, and continuous improvement across the regional supplier network.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, in-market Operations teams, CQ, Finance, and external suppliers to deliver service, compliance, innovation, and cost-efficiency outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Supplier Relationship Management program to strengthen supplier collaboration, governance, innovation, benchmarking, and best-practice sharing across the logistics supplier network.
• Drive strategic supplier programs and performance improvement initiatives for 3PL/4PL partners, including issue resolution for critical supplier-related matters.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to support logistics tendering, including 3PL solution design, warehousing requirements, operational design, and supplier evaluation.
• Lead 3PL continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital solutions, operational benchmarks, Lean practices, and data-driven insights to improve performance, process efficiency, service levels, and compliance excellence.
• Strengthen Compliance, EHS, and safety culture across the 3PL network through effective governance, supplier engagement, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage the warehouse transition playbook, transition/start-up governance, and execution discipline to ensure successful implementation across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research/ Management Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, procurement, project management, supplier management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated supplier management experience, with strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting warehouse tendering, including solution and facility design, partner negotiation, transition planning, and issue management.
• Strong understanding of supplier contracts, cost models, commercial terms, contractual/legal clauses, and mitigation of supplier-related contractual issues.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex, multi-market projects such as warehouse transitions, supported by sound project management methodologies such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or FPX.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, logistics operations, and key performance indicators.
• Track record of delivering cost savings, service improvements, and operational excellence through data-driven insights and continuous improvement approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across regional teams and external supplier partners.
