Job Description

Quest Defense is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to support hardware delivery execution. This role will assist with supplier follow-up, hardware tracking, forecast status updates, action item management, and daily / weekly operating cadence support.

The role is suited for a disciplined execution-focused candidate who can maintain accurate trackers, communicate clearly with stakeholders, document supplier commitments, and escalate risks or missing inputs through the appropriate cadence.

This role is Hybrid based out of Cincinnati, OH/Evendale, OH. Due to the nature of these roles, applicants must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder/ Permanent Resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain current and accurate hardware status for assigned suppliers, parts, and purchase orders.
  • Update forecasted on-dock dates in GE-provided hardware tracking files.
  • Support weekly and/or monthly supplier status meetings.
  • Document supplier commitments, open actions, blockers, and delivery risks.
  • Support kickoff calls for newly assigned hardware or new part requirements.
  • Coordinate with GE Product Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, and other functional stakeholders.
  • Support MLOB / Line of Balance data flow by ensuring forecast tracker inputs are current and complete.
  • Identify data omissions, missing updates, or schedule inconsistencies and escalate them for resolution.
  • Support recovery action plans for parts at risk of missing required on-dock dates.
  • Participate in daily management, bowler updates, and FLIGHTDECK operating rhythms as directed.
  • Prepare concise weekly inputs for hardware risk, delivery status, and action follow-up.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in project coordination, supply chain, sourcing support, manufacturing operations, hardware tracking, delivery coordination, or related work.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to maintain structured trackers and accurately update status information.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati / Evendale area Tuesday through Thursday.
  • S. Citizen or U.S. Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace, manufacturing, NPI, supplier fulfillment, sourcing, or materials experience.
  • Experience working with purchase orders, supplier commits, part status, or delivery tracking.
  • Familiarity with GE Aerospace, FLIGHTDECK, daily management, bowler reviews, or visual management.
  • Experience with shared Excel trackers, Smartsheet, ERP exports, BOX, SharePoint, or line-of-balance tools.
  • Ability to understand delivery risk and summarize impacts clearly.

Full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications

$65,000$72,000 USD
