We support JLL’s Property Management Teams through advisory, projects and problem-solving services. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth partnerships between JLL, our clients, and their Supply Partners through dedicated customer service.

YourResponsibilities(not exhaustive)
Performreviewsand reporting tasksrelating to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
Process handing of CISsupplier documents.
Ensure that VAT treatment is correctly applied based on the project andsupplier
Liaise withsuppliers and contractorsregardingpayment queries.
Assistancewith supplier payments.
Administrating updates for our supplier data
Assistancewith supplier ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders
