Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage suppliers for MEP equipment, prefabricated components, and engineering services.
• 
  Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including RFQ, price comparison, bidding, negotiation, and evaluation.
• 
  Conduct supplier qualification, due diligence, site audits, and performance assessments.
• 
  Coordinate purchase orders, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• 
  Drive cost optimization, quality improvement, delivery performance, and long-term supplier relationships.
• 
  Maintain procurement and supplier documentation while continuously improving procurement processes and standards.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier development, procurement, or tender management.
• 
  Experience in MEP, data center, or prefabricated/modular construction is an advantage.
• 
  Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and cost-control skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to handle business communication and documentation independently.
• 
  Willing to support cross-regional collaboration

Location: Senai, Johor

Salary Range: RM7k - RM12k
