In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative, data management and coordination support to the Supplier Advancement & Relationship Management team, helping to deliver high quality supplier engagement and development activities across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you maintaining accurate and up to date supplier information, tracking compliance and performance data, and supporting reporting processes that underpin supplier development, relationship management and risk frameworks. You will play an important role in ensuring timely, reliable data collection, efficient workflow processes and alignment with Transport’s procurement, social and sustainability objectives.
You will also contribute to supplier engagement activities by coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas and documentation, maintaining records and responding to routine enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.

About you
You have experience providing administrative support, procurement coordination or data management within a large or complex organisation. With strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, you can manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring accuracy and consistency across supplier and performance data.
You bring an understanding of procurement, supplier management or supply chain operations — or a willingness to develop this capability — along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data entry or reporting systems. You take pride in maintaining high quality records and supporting efficient, compliant processes.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a customer focused approach, enable you to engage effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You work well in a fast paced team environment and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying administrative efficiencies and supporting updates to documentation and workflows.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or have equivalent professional experience that demonstrates capability in administrative, reporting or procurement related work. You also understand the probity, governance and NSW Government procurement principles that underpin compliant and transparent public sector supplier management.
