Supplier Compliance Officer

The Mission

To establish and maintain a robust supplier compliance and sustainability management system for ASPO China, efficiently handle overseas customer documentation requirements, manage product certificates and regulatory files, and ensure full alignment with global compliance standards, thereby safeguarding business credibility and supporting sustainable business development.

Reporting line & Location

The Supplier Compliance Officer will report to the ASPO Director(will publish as Head of Sourcing before tile is final confirmed)

This role will be based in Shanghai, China. Travel will be part of the job.

Main Accountabilities

  • Strengthen supplier audit, qualification, evaluation and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance and sustainability.
  • Handle overseas customer documentation requirements, including questionnaires, audits, declarations and various customer-specific dossiers.
  • Manage and update product certificates, regulatory documents and compliance files to meet international and client standards.
  • Ensure full alignment with customer compliance requests and timely response to global documentation demands.

Skills & Competences

Professional Skills

  • Familiar with supplier audit support, qualification, evaluation and monitoring processes
  • Knowledge of compliance systems, sustainability requirements and international regulatory standards
  • Capable of handling customer questionnaires, audits, declarations and compliance dossiers
  • Experience in managing product certificates, regulatory documents and compliance documentation
  • Good English communication and document writing skills to meet overseas customer requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams and overseas customers
