Job Title: Colorectal SurgeonLocation: Portland, OR & Vancouver, WAPosition Type: Supplemental

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join our dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing surgical team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment known for very high patient satisfaction, strong interdepartmental collaboration, and a commitment to surgical excellence.

The successful candidate will practice across two fully equipped, modern campuses located in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington—each offering advanced surgical technologies and robust clinical support.

Practice Highlights:

  • Strong Team Culture: Join a collegial, multidisciplinary team of surgeons, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and colorectal advanced practice provider. Our group thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and shared decision-making.
  • High Patient Satisfaction: Our program is consistently rated highly by patients for compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Robotic Surgery Access: Extensive access to multiple robotic platforms at both sites.
  • Advanced Endoscopic and Interventional Services: Full access to therapeutic endoscopy, interventional radiology, and other subspecialty services for complex case support.
  • Cancer Center Affiliation: Work closely in an ACS CoC accredited cancer center that includes:
    • A robust GI tumor board
    • Strong partnerships with medical and radiation oncology and Hepatobiliary Surgery
    • Dedicated clinical trials team and research infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Colorectal Surgery
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon and Washington
  • Commitment to a collaborative, patient-centered approach
  • Interest in clinical excellence, innovation, and quality improvement
