
Position Function
The Supervisor will lead the performance management cycle for direct care staff while ensuring consistent implementation of youth treatment plans and TBRI across all shifts. The Supervisor will oversee daily program operations, ensure quality care and safety for youth, and support the performance, development, and accountability of Youth Care Specialists and Lead YCS. They Supervisor provides hands-on leadership by responding to staffing and operational needs as they arise, including nights, weekends, holidays, and emergencies. The position should be on the floor observing, modeling, and coaching for least 75% of their shift.
Requirements:
Education High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred. One year of direct care experience. Experience leading or managing a team. One year of people management experience preferred. One year experience in TBRI or other similar models of care preferred. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be willing to transport clients.
