Job Description

Responsible for north region wholesale and take lead of non-food category products wholesale channel build up and expansion

General Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors; identify and develop new distributor accounts.
  • 维护现有渠道的经销商客户,开发新经销商客户;
  • Manage client relationships and proactively initiate/maintain long-term strategic partnership plans with clients.
  • 管理维护客户关系以及与客户间的长期战略合作计划;
  • Achieve assigned sales targets according to company requirements; expand market coverage for the company's represented products.
  • 根据公司要求,完成销售目标;提升公司代理产品的市场覆盖;
  • Execute company marketing plans to launch new products and promote seasonal items.
  • 配合公司市场营销计划,推进新品和季节性产品的上架;
  • Effectively leverage company-provided promotional support to increase sales volume.
  • 有效利用公司给予的促销支持,提升销量;
  • Responsible for gathering market intelligence within the assigned territory and conducting competitive analysis.
  • 负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞品分析;
  • Timely gather and address customer feedback and issues; propose solutions and identify necessary support requirements.
  • 及时了解反馈客户的需求和问题,针对问题提出解决方案及所需支持;
  • Complete all reporting duties accurately and on time.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven sales experience in household cleaning, personal care, detergents, and personal care products.
  • 具有家清、个人护理、洗化类产品的销售经验;
  • Possess acute market insight, strong business negotiation skills, and the ability to independently develop new markets.
  • 具备敏锐和市场洞察能力及较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • 熟悉Excel, Word、PPT等办公软件;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
  • 良好沟通和协调能力、团队协作精神;
  • Maintain high personal credibility and professional ethics; adept at leveraging resources.
  • 良好的个人信誉和职业操守; 善于资源整合;
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business as required.
  • 可接受出差安排;

Education

  • College diploma or above;大专或以上学历;
