The Impact You Will Make The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), safety standards, and company policies. This role supports inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and timely production order fulfillment while leading a team of warehouse associates.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, cGMP, GDP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system updates (e.g., ERP/WMS).
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and proper handling of temperature-sensitive and controlled substances.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and ensuring readiness.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions and deviations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of GMP warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Forklift certification and familiarity with cold chain logistics are a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced CDMO environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
• May require flexible hours/off-shift support to meet operational needs. Occasional off-shift or weekend work to support operations.
• Ability to lift to 35 lbs. and work in temperature-controlled storage areas.
• Office and warehouse environment with regular presence on the warehouse floor.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements:
• Position requires minimal travel (0-5%) within the U.S.
