About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Supervisor - Transportation Shuttle to join the resort’s Transportation Shuttle team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervise and coordinate shuttle operations, including scheduling and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of shuttle vehicles to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle schedules, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support special events and peak operational needs.
• Train and mentor shuttle drivers on company policies, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company guidelines.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to the Transportation Manager immediately.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in transportation or logistics is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
