• Gain knowledge of all departmental functions.
• Assist in supervising production team members.
  
• Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members.
  
• Assist in improvement opportunities.
• Assist in training and cross-training team members.
  
• Record and order inventory and supplies.
  
• Perform safety inspections ensuring safety of all team members.

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
