Are you an organised, people focused leader with a passion for horticulture, asset maintenance, and delivering great outcomes for customers?
We’re looking for a Supervisor to lead a team of 11 kaimahi, manage daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality delivery across our maintenance programmes in Tāmaki Makaurau.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to plan, motivate others, and drive operational excellence will directly contribute to the success of our contracts and the wellbeing of our communities.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• Proven leadership capability — able to motivate, develop, and guide teams
• Ability to plan, manage priorities, and consistently deliver results
• Industry experience with horticulture and turf management knowledge
• Confident using IT systems, reporting, conducting audits, and all other compliance requirements
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Manage daily operational tasks including timesheet signoffs, reporting and planning.
• Operate spray equipment to eradicate roadside vegetation and pest plants on Rural berms in South Auckland
• Operate a reach arm mower when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and opportunities for efficiency
• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality maintenance work

• Has spraying experience
• A growsafe certification
• Can drive small spray truck
• Willing to be trained on a Reach Arm Mower and Tractor
