Thermal Technical Manager / データセンター向け精密空調機器・精密空調設備のテクニカル・マネジャー
＜業務概要＞データセンター向け精密空調設備の機械・電気設計的な内容までを含め理解し、改造、修理等含む機器技術管理を行う。
＜ビジネスサマリ＞エンドユーザーは、クラウドを運営するIT企業や通信キャリア・金融・E－commerce・ソーシャルメディアなど。エンドユーザーがデータセンターを建設する際に、ゼネコン・設計事務所に依頼します。当社はそのような依頼が持ち込まれるゼネコン・設計事務所向けに営業活動を行います。また、VERTIV米国本国が受注する案件（海外企業が日本に進出しデータセンターを建設）もございますので、海外案件の日本での履行も当社で担当します。
＜職務内容＞
機器性能を理解したうえでの技術サービス（アフターサービス含む）、顧客サポート業務・ 納入設備の運転チェック（情報処理の部分を含む）
納入仕様書の作成、監修、指示（図面監修含む）
設備据付工事の指導・監督、修理調整、トラブルシューティング
顧客に対する技術説明、仕様の打ち合わせ
技術営業補助活動（新規案件の発掘活動を含む）
【必須】
・ 空調機、空調機制御の実務経験または関連した知識・経験（家庭用、業務用等でも可）
・ 顧客の要望に丁寧に対応する忍耐力・説明力
・ 自主性・自発性
・ チームで仕事をする協調性
・機器・設備のトラブルが起こった際の土日祝日、夜中にも緊急で対応しなければならない場合があるため、その点をご了承いただける方
【歓迎】
・ 「1級管工事施工管理技士」または「建築設備士」資格保持者
・ 設備工事の知識と経験、据付を行うサブコンの指揮・管理経験
・ 機械、電気、通信工学の学位
・ 英語力
