Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor to lead the delivery of plumbing maintenance and minor project works across the Christchurch International Airport (CIAL) contract. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance technical expertise with people leadership, safety, quality, and client outcomes.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• NZ Certified Plumber with proven trade experience
• Experience supervising or leading a team of tradespeople
• Strong knowledge of plumbing maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance (BWOF)
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety in a trade environment
• Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence
• Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing maintenance and project works
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of plumbers to deliver quality outcomes
• Ensure all work meets health & safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Manage work orders, job scheduling, invoicing, and workflow planning
• Provide technical advice, assist with pricing/estimating, and resolve escalations
• Build strong working relationships with the client and internal stakeholders
• Participate in an on-call roster as required

What We’re Looking For|
• Experience in facilities management or contract maintenance
• Drainlaying and/or gasfitting certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Aviation Security Clearance is required to work at the Airport.
• Experience working on long-term contracts or high-profile sites
• Confidence using job management or maintenance systems to track work, costs, and performance
