The Supervisor of Shared Infrastructure Services provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s core infrastructure platforms, including backup, storage, compute, virtualization, datacenter operations, and operating system patching and image management. This role blends technical depth with strong people leadership and operational excellence. A focus on automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential as the team continues modernizing and standardizing services.

How you will make an Impact
• Lead, mentor, and develop a technically diverse Shared Infrastructure Services team, while providing clear technical and operational direction.
• Oversee enterprise backup, storage, compute, virtualization, and data center operations to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
• Manage OS patching and image lifecycle processes for RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Drive infrastructure asset lifecycle management, including capacity planning, hardware refresh forecasting, data destruction, and infrastructure recycling.
• Serve as primary escalation point with vendors, managing support cases, hardware issues, and roadmap/contract discussions.
• Partner with other IT stakeholders, Facilities, and external vendors to manage data center infrastructure, including racks, environmental monitoring, structured copper/fiber network cabling, and related network consumable inventory management (cables, transceivers, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, peers, and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure services and projects align with business needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities to keep the team aligned with current industry practices.
• Participate in incident root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Infrastructure technologies, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing teams, projects and the associated work artifacts effectively.
• Management of on-premises and co-located enterprise data center environments.
• Proven success implementing/managing automation frameworks (e.g. PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant Infrastructure Services and common troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of compliance requirements in an IT environment (e.g., NERC CIP, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Driven with a desire for growth and professional development.

The expected salary range for this position is $142,000 - $180,000 per year.
