What you need to do

• Observe the checkout operation at all outlets, if the checkout queue management is not managed ensure to capture, inform, and record the relevant data.
• Ensure to capture, inform, and record the relevant data if any gaps are found at outlets during operational hours.
• Monitor staff availability at all service touch points (Vegetable, Meat, Fish, Bakery, Hot Food) and assist customers accordingly.
• Ensure processes are adhered at the shop floor, such as safety measures, staff grooming, and behavioural and if any mishaps are found, ensure to capture, inform, and record data.
• Ensure that day-to-day activities at outlet levels, such as morning briefing, etc..are taken and if any mishaps are found, ensure to capture, inform and record the relevant data.

What you need

• GCE A/L, Degree or Advance diploma in any field/Diploma in Computing (MS office).
• Minimum Two-Year Experience in the retail store.
