Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Team Leadership & Capability

  • Build a competent and committed team to achieve centre, divisional and organisational goals. Strengthen team capability through employee development plans.

Quality, Safety & Operations

  • Manage the Centre’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high level of customer service and client engagement.
  • Deliver quality services, operational efficiency, and compliance through continuous improvement, effective supervision, and coaching to ensure seniors’ health, well-being, and safety.

  • Manage administrative duties including plan and roster transport, activities and manpower. Ensure financial and operational sustainability and accountability including budgeting, stock inventory, SOP, audit, documentation, etc.
  • Conduct standardised interRAI care assessments to capture seniors' health, functional, cognitive, and social profile. Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met. Translate interRAI assessment findings into actionable, individualized care plans and coordinate service delivery for the seniors.

Service Delivery & Utilisation

  • Monitor service delivery including facilitate communication with stakeholders, seniors and caregivers from service referral to commencement, with advice/support
  • Maximise centre’s client utilization of day-places

Financial Stewardship & Compliance

  • Ensure effective financial management and operational sustainability with full compliance with MOH and organisational requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with community stakeholders, funders, sponsors and volunteers to deliver meaningful community impact. Network and foster integration of work and services within the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a senior care centre, dementia care, geriatrics or healthcare settings
  • Passion and patience in serving the seniors
  • Excellent leader with good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and under time constraints
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and dialects to effectively serve diverse senior populations.
