The Supervisor – Security Operations is responsible for coordinating and overseeing day‑to‑day security operations on shift, ensuring approved security procedures, post orders, and emergency protocols are implemented effectively. It involves maintaining the accurate, timely response, and compliant recording, consolidation, and reporting of security incidents, observations, and operational activities across Nishan operations.
The role supports incident response, audits, security assessments, Security Plans, and Group Security Action Plans by ensuring that all security‑related information is properly documented, tracked, reported within defined timeframes, and maintained in a manner that supports operational oversight, assurance, and compliance. It acts as the operational lead during shifts, providing guidance, coordination, compliance monitoring, and escalation to management and IC&CC. The role requires flexibility to support continuous 24/7 operations.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
ISPS knowledge & national security requirements
Language Skills:
Very Good in Arabic (Speak, Read and write)
Very Good in English (Speak, Read and write)
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 1-4 Years of Experience with in the same role or Similar
Nature of Experience:
Security operations, planning, assessment, emergency response
Experience in supervising security operations
Hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, incident handling, emergency response, and security team coordination.
Experience in preparing incident reports, conducting investigations, and implementing security procedures.
