Supervisor Security
The incumbent is responsible for managing security activities to ensure the safety and security of gaming and entertainment guests and team members, as well as the safeguarding of all property; ensures that all potential security violations are investigated, and corrective actions are taken while providing exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assiststhe shift manager with the overall security of the casino and the coordinating of security efforts to safeguard company assets, employees, and patrons of Casino in accordancetothe Internal Control Submissions and the rules of the Tejon Gaming Commission during assigned shift.
Responsible for assigned security posts. Guardstransfer ofmoney, chips, and jackpots. Performs hopper fills, table fills and table credits.
Train, evaluate, and recommend disciplinaryactionfor officers.
Patrol premises to discourage inappropriate behavior andtake actionwhen necessary.
Writes investigative and incident reports.
Responsible for addressing any individualnot wearinga Commission Badge found in non-public areas or any person found inareas 'not authorized to be in.
The Supervisor will assume overall responsibilityofsecurity operations during the absence of the Security Director.

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Knowledge of computer applications to compose clear, concise, andaccuratereports.
Must be able to obtain andmaintainallappropriate licenses / certificationsper Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
Basic knowledge of county and state ordinances.

High School Diploma or equivalent isrequiredand a minimum of one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years’ progressive experience in security operations and supervisory experience preferred.
