Job Description

Find your line at Mt. Hood Meadows, where we turn passion into purpose by delivering unforgettable experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning mountain settings. We believe in creating moments that matter — for our guests, for each other, and for the community. Apply today and join a team that fully embodies the mountain lifestyle.

Join the Rentals team at Mt. Hood Meadows as our Rental Shop Supervisor and play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier mountain resorts. In this fast-paced, guest-focused position, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rental Shop, ensuring guests are outfitted with the equipment they need to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer. From first-time skiers and snowboarders to seasoned riders, your leadership will help create a welcoming and efficient experience for thousands of guests each season.

As Rental Shop Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of rental technicians, coordinate staffing and daily operations, oversee inventory and fleet maintenance, and ensure all safety procedures and equipment protocols are followed. Working closely with the Shops leadership team and other resort departments, you’ll help balance staffing levels, troubleshoot operational challenges, support guest recovery efforts, and maintain the high standards that define the Mt. Hood Meadows experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable coaching employees, solving problems in real time, and adapting to the changing demands of a busy mountain environment.

This is more than just a supervisory role—it’s an opportunity to help shape the guest experience and contribute to the success of the resort as a whole. You’ll play an important role in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service while helping develop the next generation of rental technicians and leaders. If you thrive in an energetic, outdoor environment and are passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
