The Radiology Supervisor works in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across the healthcare system to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated radiology care for patients. This role oversees radiology workflows, supports closing the loop on radiology orders and results, and ensures that providers receive complete and actionable radiology information.The Radiology Supervisor provides both operational and clinical leadership by supporting onboarding, staff development, quality assurance, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role may also include performing xray and/or mammography exams in accordance with established protocols. This position enhances the patient experience, promotes continuity of care, and contributes to high-quality clinical outcomes in a fast-paced, team-based ambulatory environment.
