At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our Radiation Therapy Supervisors do more than oversee daily operations—they lead high-performing teams, develop future leaders, drive innovation, and help deliver world-class cancer care every day.

As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, time-off, and overtime to maintain equitable coverage.
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement new initiatives, and enhance operational performance.
  • Support quality, regulatory, and radiation safety standards while promoting a culture of professionalism and compassionate care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
  • New York State license (or eligibility).
  • Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience.
  • Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
