Verantwortlichkeiten

• Durchführung der Qualitätsprüfung (Maß-, Sicht-, Funktionsprüfung) anhand von Prüfplänen in Oracle und Zeichnungen in Agile
• Erstmusterprüfungen
• Erstellen der Prüfprotokolle
• Pflege der Prüfpläne
• Anwendung verschiedener Messtechniken, um die Konformität mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Spezifikationen zu gewährleisten
• Erstellen und Bearbeiten von NCs (nicht-konformen Produkten und Prozessen), Reklamationen und Rücksendungen an die Lieferanten
• Kommunikation mit den Lieferanten zu Reklamationen, Nachverfolgung und Bewertung der Reklamationsprotokolle
• Leitung und Organisation der Abteilung Qualitätsprüfung
• Kommunikation intern und Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen (QM, Engineering, Shop Floor)
• Kenntnis der ISO 13485 und FDA-Anforderungen sowie gesetzlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen, Umsetzung und Einhaltung sowohl der lokalen als auch vom Konzern festgelegten Prozesse und Vorgaben
• Umgang mit unterschiedlichen EDV-Systemen incl. Microsoft Anwendungen

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chirurgiemechaniker, Chirurgiemechanikermeister
• Gutes technisches Verständnis von chirurgischen Instrumenten
• Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 13485, FDA)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position incl. Führungstätigkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
• Offen gegenüber neuen IT-Anwendungen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
