The Position

The Quality & Compliance Supervisor strengthens the organization’s regulatory readiness while ensuring high-fidelity clinical documentation and efficient contract workflows. This role will perform essential functions of quality and compliance with a working-level expertise and provide team leadership, overseeing organ and tissue chart reviews, supporting audit activities, conducting first-pass contract reviews, and coordinating documentation processes across the department.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate, support, and respond to external audits and regulatory inspections (CMS, FDA, OPTN, HRSA, tissue processors, etc).
  • Conduct initial review and organization of contracts, agreements, and MOUs with hospitals, vendors, and service partners.
  • Perform and supervise organ and tissue chart reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversees assigned team to include scheduling, assigning, and monitoring work tasks, resolving operational problems, and ensuring adherence to standard work.
  • Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to assure mutual understanding of expectations and the desired results.
  • Supports and helps lead the department through performance improvement and quality processes and ensures regulatory compliance with governing bodies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years in healthcare compliance, auditing, or contract management.
  • Familiarity with organ/tissue donation regulations (OPTN, HRSA, CMS, FDA).
  • Ability to leverage emerging technologies and digital tools to improve workflow and support innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and resilient in a dynamic work environment, making sound decisions in chaotic situations
