The PTW Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Permit to Work (PTW) process, ensuring compliance with QatarEnergys PTW systems and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with work teams, verifying permits, and ensuring safe execution of activities within project sites. The PTW Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing procedures and providing guidance on safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) process in compliance with QatarEnergy (QE) standards.
Verify and authorize permits before work execution.
Ensure all safety measures, controls, and requirements are in place prior to issuing permits.
Coordinate with operations, HSE, and project teams to ensure smooth PTW implementation.
Monitor ongoing activities to ensure compliance with PTW conditions.
Report violations, unsafe practices, or deviations from PTW requirements.
Provide training and guidance to staff on PTW procedures and safety compliance.
Requirements:
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience handling Permit to Work systems.
In-depth knowledge of QatarEnergys PTW systems and safety standards.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or PTW-specific training) are an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Age: 30+ preferred.
