Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi, Hai Duong and Bac Ninh)

This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Optical Devices Assembly. This role supports the Senior OM in planning, budgeting, and managing production and labor resources to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies, KPIs, and goals; lead execution and performance reviews.
  • Manage all aspects of assembly operations including maintenance, quality assurance, SAP/MES systems, and compliance with ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR, and RBA standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective policies, procedures, and processes to optimize resource utilization and machine/line efficiency.
  • Lead product testing, transfers, and support new product development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, GLSS, cost-saving initiatives, and zero-defect programs.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and assess team performance; foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee departmental financial planning and control.
  • Ensure alignment with quality and delivery objectives.
  • Uphold compliance with 5S, EHS, RBA, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: College degree or higher

Experience

  • Required: Minimum 7 years in manufacturing (or 4 years with higher qualifications)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, product design, and quality control tools
  • Ability to develop procedures, standards, and work instructions
  • Fairly good in English (spoken and written), planning, problem-solving, training, coaching, and leadership
  • Skilled in Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, FMEA, MES systems
  • Performance evaluation and team development
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, CSR, and RBA compliance
