Supervisor, Production
Advanced Bionics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production assemblers and test technician personnel within the manufacturing operation. This onsite role is responsible for executing material and production plans, supporting manufacturing schedules, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met, and leading production teams to achieve safety, productivity, WIP, yield, and service level goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead production team members while ensuring employee safety and compliance within assigned areas
• Ensure all work is performed according to documented procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly personnel schedules to support production targets and demand pull service levels
• Serve as an escalation point for production troubleshooting, issues, and line-down prevention
• Analyze and drive productivity, WIP, and yield using continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, A3, and 5 Whys
• Prepare production reports and present performance updates during operational meetings
• Coach employees, establish training plans, verify training records, and support performance management and development
More about you:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required
• Experience in an FDA-regulated or medical device manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in lean production and Class III medical device environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and active listening skills
• Ability to lead production meetings, support capacity analysis, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality Assurance, and R&D
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP background preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $79,200 – $99,000 annually This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
