Job Description
Midwest Aerospace Casting is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support production operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee development goals are achieved.
Shift Schedule
- Permanent 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 4:30AM
- 20% Shift Differential
- Training Requirement: Candidates must be willing to train on 1st Shift ( 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for approximately 2–3 months, or as needed, before transitioning to the permanent 3rd Shift schedule.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on 3rd shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer requirements.
- Coach, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and engagement.
- Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production concerns.
- Track and report production metrics, attendance, and shift performance.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with aerospace, foundry, metal casting, or similar manufacturing operations preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
