Duties and Responsibilities】

1.Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff;

1.激励、支持和指导生产人员；

2.Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production;

2.定期与上级管理层就影响生产的问题进行沟通；

3.Setting productivity goals for each individual team to meet financial targets/goals;

3.为每个团队设定生产力目标，以达到财务定要求的目标；

4.Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality;

4.制定工作流程政策和程序，在不影响安全和质量的情况下提高效率；

5.Evaluating a balance between increase productivity and reduces costs of manufacturing operation;

5.评估及平衡提高生产效率和降低制造成本；

6.Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free;

6.达到所有EHS标准，以确保零工伤事故；

Qualifications

【Job Requirement】

1.Associated degree in business management, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering would be advantageous;

1.本科或以上学历，企业管理、工业工程或机械工程学位者优先；

2.Minimun 3 years of years of experience working manufacturing ；

Relevant experience PIM, decoration or Surface Treatment experience is preferred ;

2.至少3年以上制造业工作经验；

3.Excellent organizational and tome management skills;

3.优秀的组织管理能力；

4.Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;

4.能够快速高效地解决问题；

5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary.

5.优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。具有良好的英语读写能力。
