This role will manage 1st shift Production and Shipping and receiving. Understand the promotion of a safe work environment. Working in collaboration with other production leadership to ensure daily goals are met.

Must be able to work independently as necessary. In this role, the supervisor will lead all aspects of Production, Shipping and Receiving on 1st shift at The Matworks Plant 12. As the supervisor, you will lead the team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. As the plant continues to grow, this role will also include managing and developing new processes to support expanding operations. As opportunities arise, you will develop action plans and implement them. One of the main responsibilities is leading the team. The supervisor will communicate, coach, and resolve conflicts.

The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.
