Step into a key leadership role at Telfer, where you’ll be the frontline leader driving safe, efficient, and high‑performing production operations. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll guide a dedicated team, uphold Macmahon’s safety-first culture, and ensure our daily targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.

About the Role:

• You will play a central role in coordinating and optimising production activities across the site.
• Monitoring the performance and efficiency of Dozer and Load & Haul operations
• Maintaining short interval control boards and delivering timely, constructive feedback to crews
• Working closely with maintenance supervisors to resolve breakdowns and equipment damage
• Ensuring all machinery and equipment operate at peak productivity
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  

About You:

• You bring strong leadership capability and a commitment to safe, efficient mining operations.
• RIIRIS402D – Carry Out the Risk Management Processes
• BSBWHS411 – Implement and Monitor WHS Policies, Procedures and Programs
• S26 Compliant -Mandatory statutory safety‑critical roles and competency requirements under WA’s Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022.
• Proven experience supervising Dozer and Load & Haul teams in a mining environment
• A strong focus on safety, with the ability to champion and uphold WHS standards
• Solid understanding of short interval control and the ability to coach crews effectively
• A collaborative approach to working with maintenance teams to minimise downtime
• A results‑driven mindset with a passion for team development and continuous improvement
