Lead and manage the Procurement Data Governance and Solutions Team within Americas Procurement, providing clear direction and strong oversight to ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and adherence to established policies and procedures. This role is focused on optimizing team performance and delivering business value through effective resource management and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Additionally, this position drives innovation and continuous improvement by developing and implementing solutions that enhance data attribution processes, including scrubbing, validation, and item setup to prevent downstream disruptions across procurement and operations. It oversees the maintenance of ERP attributes such as pricing, lead time, MOQ, buyer/planner assignments, costing, routing, and sourcing rules.
The role also leads sourcing approvals, routing processes, and supplier communications. Through these responsibilities, it supports the achievement of key business metrics while fostering a high-performing team environment through coaching, development, and alignment with broader organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement and Innovation Leadership - Drives operational excellence by identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance data governance processes and team effectiveness. Champions a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging creative problem-solving and process optimization initiatives from team members. Analyzes operational data and trends to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Leads change management initiatives by developing implementation strategies, monitoring progress, and measuring success through defined metrics. Collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new technologies, digital tools, and automated solutions that modernize procurement operations. Empowers team members to contribute improvement ideas while providing guidance and resources to transform concepts into practical solutions. Ensures sustainable results through systematic monitoring of improvement initiatives and regular assessment of their impact on business performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize value delivery.
