Clario is seeking a Supervisor, Pricing & Proposals to lead and support our global team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and high‑quality pricing documents and proposals for clinical trial sponsors. In this role, you will oversee complex pricing and proposal work, guide day‑to‑day team execution, and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to ensure operational excellence and consistency across processes. This position is ideal for individuals with deep P&P experience who are ready to step into a leadership role focused on quality, efficiency, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain a deep understanding of Business Unit–specific products and processes as they relate to Pricing & Proposals.

• Review proposals, pricing, Statements of Service (SOS), and Change Order requests to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to Clario requirements, including financial and margin targets.

• Coordinate with the Legal team on contract finalization and support client negotiations as needed.

• Enforce and support pricing and discount controls within the team.

• Partner with Project Management leadership to ensure scope changes and client change requests are clearly communicated and processed accurately and on time.

• Identify and drive operational efficiencies across the P&P function.

• Provide monthly reporting metrics and insights.

• Create and update departmental work instructions and process guides.

• Maintain a high level of data integrity within the CRM and associated systems.

• Manage pricing, proposal, and change order requests when needed.

• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Director and/or VP.

• Provide direct supervision of team members, including daily work oversight and escalation support.

• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.

• Assign and allocate work effectively across the team.

• Collaborate with the Director, Pricing & Proposals, to monitor performance against established goals and ensure compliance with departmental standards.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing & Proposals within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.

• Previous formal people management experience is not required; proven experience mentoring and training others is essential.

• Expert knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices preferred.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system.

• Experience with proposal or content management tools is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, high‑pressure environment.

• Excellent analytical, written, organizational, communication, decision‑making, and time‑management skills.

• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
