Job Description

1. Develop and adjust production schedules based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
2. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely purchase of raw materials, components, and semi - finished products that meet production requirements.
3. Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) regularly, conduct inventory analysis, and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
4. Track production progress, identify bottlenecks (e.g., material delays, equipment issues), and work with relevant departments (production, engineering, logistics) to resolve problems promptly.
5. Prepare production reports (e.g., production schedule execution, inventory turnover, material shortage records) and submit them to the management team.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to align production plans with customer order delivery dates and handle order changes or urgent requests.
7. Participate in the improvement of PPC processes (e.g., enhancing production plan accuracy) to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5 years of working experience in production planning, master schelduling preferably in manufacturing industries.
3. Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and office software (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and report preparation.
4. Strong logical thinking, problem - solving, and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast - paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross - functional teams.
6. Familiar with production processes, material management principles, and inventory control methods (e.g., JIT, MRP II) is a plus.
7. Excellent in communication and fluent in English.
8. Team management experience is a plus.

This area includes electric motors, drives and industrial automation equipment and services, and maintenance services. Electric motors and other related equipment find applications in practically all industrial segments, in equipment such as compressors, pumps and fans, for example.

Energy Generation, Transmission and Distribution (GTD)

Products and services included in this area are electric generators for hydraulic and thermal power plants (biomass), hydro turbines (small hydroelectric plants or PCH, and hydroelectric generators or CGH)), wind turbines, transformers, substations, control panels and system integration services.

Commercial and Appliance Motors

In this business area, our focus is the market of single phase motors for durable consumer goods, such as washing machines, air conditioners, water pumps, among others.

Paints and Varnishes

In this area, which includes liquid paints, powder paints, and electro-insulating varnishes, we have a very clear focus on industrial applications in Brazil and are expanding to Latin America and other regions.
