
Assists the Director of Pharmacy in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of clinical operations in order to provide patient focused pharmaceutical services to achieve quality outcomes. Serves as a clinical resource to staff and patients. Functions as a staff pharmacist as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Mercy Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to support the Director of Pharmacy in leading clinical operations. This role is instrumental in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient-centered pharmaceutical services to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as a vital clinical resource for staff and patients while also functioning as a staff pharmacist as needed. This position upholds Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards in every aspect of care delivery.
