Performance Management is seeking an analytical professional to support company-wide operational and financial intelligence in Glovis America. This role focuses on analyzing financial and operational performance across all sites and departments, developing analytical models that support operational improvement and cost optimization. The Supervisor will work as a trusted partner in data analytics, operational and financial performance management. Responsibilities include managing analytical performance reports, conducting cost and profitability analysis, and supporting initiatives of improving operational performance and ensuring alignment with business plan and short/long term growth. Success in this role requires a strong problem-solving and communication skills, understanding of operational and financial performance metrics, and data-driven decision making within complex operational environments.
Responsibilities
• Conduct monthly performance review for company key initiatives (MBOs), financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), provide data-driven insights on root cause and risks
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and responsive reporting interfaces (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor KPIs related to financial, operations, and logistics performance
• Build, optimize, and manage SQL queries and backend date processes to support reliable, scalable data storage and retrieval
• Develop user-friendly data tools and web-based components that improve accessibility, usability, and cross-device consistency
• Integrate data from multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms to support analytics and operational workflows
• Use Python and notebooks for data exploration, visualization, automation, and analytical prototyping
• Conduct trend, variance, and root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Build and refine predictive models (ex. regression, classification) to support forecasting and risk identification
• Automate recurring reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operational stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver data-driven solutions
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve interface design and workflow efficiency
• Prepare executive reporting and lead performance analysis through visualizations and data-driven insights
• Collect and document key initiative progress, KPI definitions, system architecture, data flows, and tool configurations for interdepartmental collaborations
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, testing cycles, and retrospectives to support continuous improvement
• Provide user training materials and guidance to improve adoption and effective use of analytics tools
• Support testing and validation during deployment of dashboards, automation workflows, or new platform features
• Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform operational and technology improvement initiatives
• Maintain continuous learning by evaluating emerging development frameworks, automation tools, and AI-assisted analytics technologies
• Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$74,000-$84,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills
• Proficient analytical skills with programming and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Python, SQL, R or other equivalent Required
• Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other database management systems Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting analytical findings to cross-functional teams and leadership Required
• Strong problem-solving skills, organized, and attention to analytical details Required

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 5 - 8 Years of Direct Experience Required
• 6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, and/or Consulting Preferred
• 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
