MAJOR FUNCTION:
The Patient Flow Supervisor is responsible for overseeing real-time patient flow and bed management across the hospital system to ensure optimal capacity utilization. Operating from the Operations Intelligence Center (OIC), the Patient Flow Supervisor coordinates with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners to manage transfers, admissions, and discharges effectively. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain effective communication in a dynamic environment.

Inspira Health is a charitable nonprofit health care organization serving communities across southern New Jersey. The system traces its roots to 1899 and comprises three hospitals, two comprehensive cancer centers, eight multi-specialty health centers, and locations throughout South Jersey.
