Supervises clerical and medical assistant staff to ensure quality medical office standards. Training, quality control, policy and procedure development and customer service skills required for multiple convenient care clinics. Also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
High School degree or equivalent required.
Medical office, clerical and computer experience required.
Supervisory responsibility or proven leadership abilities recommended.
Valid Kentucky driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance required.
