Overall

Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Learning in Montreal, the Organization Learning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, developing, and overseeing the operational delivery of technical learning activities across the manufacturing sites in the Montreal region. The Supervisor manages the daytoday operations of a team of Technical Learning Advisors located across multiple sites and ensures the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training programs.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Supervise a team of Technical Learning Advisors assigned to the various manufacturing sites in Montreal.
  • Oversee the daily management of deliverables, provide operational support, and offer clear guidance to the team.
  • Balance the workload among team members according to organizational priorities.
  • Prioritize mandates in collaboration with Learning Business Partners.
  • Ensure the quality, compliance, and relevance of all training programs.
  • Make recommendations regarding the hiring and assignment of new employees.
  • Take action based on the team's performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in strategic decisionmaking related to competency management across the Montreal manufacturing sites.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, methods, or production environment in aerospace including a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management or supervision within a technical environment in aerospace.
  • You hold a diploma or certificate in education or adult training (asset).
  • You have an excellent ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast paced and evolving environment.
  • You possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • You have a proven ability to analyze performance indicators and make datadriven decisions.
  • You have a solid understanding of organizational learning principles, competency management, and training processes.
  • You have a strong focus on continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
  • You have the ability to influence, mobilize, and engage a team around common objectives.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and high professional rigor.
