The Orderly Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily operations across the Orderly Service, including supervision of the task allocation system (QFM), oversight of Orderly Dispatch Operators and Orderlies, and providing frontline guidance and support to staff. The role also contributes to administrative functions such as rostering, leave management, data management and equipment coordination.
