PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
Unilever es el lugar donde puedes hacer realidad tu propósito con el trabajo que haces: crear un mejor negocio y un mundo mejorGarantizar la asistencia y soporte al área de reparto, en cuestiones administrativas, técnicas y/o de mantenimiento de vehículos, con el objetivo de aumentar la efectividad de la entrega e impactar en positivamente en el negocio.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Dar soporte a los repartidores, coordinar gestiones con otras áreas (Administración, Vehículos, Frio, SHE), coordinar con Ruteo el ruteo Dinámico.
Recibir a las rutas de reparto. (promedio 40 rutas por día).
Apoyo a los repartos en impresiones, simpleroute, liquidación, o reparación de vehículos,etc
Garantizar el nexo con otras áreas, cámaras, administración.
Coordinas en conjunto con el ruteador, el ruteo dinámico para el siguiente día
Registrar los accidentes que se produzcan durante los recorridos.

Habilidades interpersonales
Experiencia
2-3 años de experiencia en el rol relacionado con repartos
Experiencia en herramientas digitales.
Licencia de manejo Vigente
Manejo de Excel intermedio.
Proactividad, Trabajo en equipo, Liderazgo.
